Lovely 50s summer dress in white cotton with a painterly blue print. Fitted bodice with wide scooped neckline and thin shoulder straps. Fitted waist with size metal zip to fasten. Full skirt sewn in inchwide pleats. Lovely soft summery style. No makers labels, most likely handmade.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-Hem has been taken up at some point and restored back down, leaving two faint crease/fade lines. See photo.
-Zipper has been replaced with a vintage original metal zip.
-Some small signs of wear in the fabric to the front of the waistband.
-Tiny mark on the skirt, see photo.
-Interfacing to the neck is slightly pleated, which I've never seen done before, but it the interfacing fabric so doesn't really show when worn.
