Utterly stunning pastel blue cotton day dress with a glorious floral boder print with stemmed climbing poppies, cornflowers and daisies. Fitted bodice with short sleeves and an overlapping design to the front of the bodice with piping trim to the wide rounded neck. Fitted waistband with rolled piping and a glorious full skirt sewn in narrow gathers. Back metal zipper to fasten. Skirt is lined with a canvas petticoat. No makers labels. 50s era.
