Millworth novelty print 50s cotton skirt with scenic "Casbah" print. Black with a colourful print of yellow, dark pink, green, blue and white with a busy North African (Algiers? Marrakesh?) street scene with vendors in the foreground. High fitted waist and metal zip. Full skirt sewn in gathers. No labels, handmade piece.

CONDITION
Good condition. Presents well, some very light even fade consistent with age, but nothing that detracts. The only think to note is that the waistband has been remade on this so waistband cotton is a very slightly different in texture and shade. Not particularly noticeable and easily covered with a belt if desired.
