Bright late 50s . early 60s cotton dress by Sambo Fashions. Light turquoise blue cotton with a painterly blue rose print. Fitted underbust with little pleats for bust fullness and a deep scooped u-neck and short sleeve. Natural waist is fitted and has a big bow to the centre front. Subtly dropped waistband over the hips and back from which the skirt falls in neat inchwide pleats. Front of skirt falls in two curtaining box pleats from the bow down. Nice bright crisp cotton. Back metal zip to fasten. Skirt is lined in a light gauzy cotton petticoat.

The dress is labeled a size 40 but fits approx like a modern day M-L. For your best fit please refer to the measurements.

Good condition.
