50s sun dress in brown thicker cotton with a almost semi-abstract print of swirling water and trees with Sampan fishing boats and silhouette fishermen. Subtle shades of teal and bright orange, and white to the boats and men, which contrasts beautifully against the brown. Dress is a sundress style with thin spaghetti straps and a boned bullet shaped bust, tightly fitted. Waistline nips the silhouette in and the skirt is just short of full circle, with a beautiful flippy shape. Back metal zip to fasten. No labels, but looks commerically made.
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Very good condition.
-Hem has been taken up (internal hem allowance sadly cut, so can't be let back down. I think the zipper may have been replaced, maybe historically with an original metal zip of the era with two hooks and eyes handsewn in at the top.
-Tiny darn on the back of the strap. Strap also has some excess internally at the back, so could be lengthened if needed.
-Slight bleached mark to the lining, but this is not visible on the outside so doesn't detract.
