60s/70s light novelty dress by Etam in a soft poly-cotton in cream with purple, pink and blue lady face print with colourful hats and lipstick in whimsical Art Deco inspired style. Sweet silhouette with shirred panelling to the front of the bodice and shoulder seams. V-neck with five decorative covered buttons to the front. Short puffed sleeve. Waist is fitted and the skirt has a a-lined silhouette with knee/just above knee length. Back zip to fasten.
