Amazing tiered frill design alternating bands of floral lace with sheer nylon chiffon. Fitted bodice with a square lace neck and 3/4 sleeves with huge bell cuffs. Fitted underbust with small gathers and a nipped in waist. Lovely flared maxi skirt, beautifully ruffled and lined internally. Back nylon zipper. No labels.
