Amazing 60s wiggly shift dress by Neusteters. Black and fitted with a gorgeous gothic cage neckline. Sleeveless cut. Approx knee/just above knee length. Fabric feels like a cotton blend and fastens up the back with a metal zip. Unlined.

CONDITION
Very good condition. I think the hem on this has been taken up at some point and restored back down. There is a very very very faint crease line about 1.5" up from the current hem, but this is so slight.
