Beautiful 50s cotton dress by Chapon in a lovely light sky blue with a massive floral rose print in yellow, red, pink and white. Fitted bodice with sleeveless cut and a wide shawl collar with a contrasting bow to the neck. Fitted underbust with gathers to the underbust seam and a nipped in waistband with a matching slim belt. Very full skirt sewn in gathers with a generous midi length. Side metal zip to fasten. 

Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Very good condition. The neck bow has been handsewn on so could be removed if desired. Hem has been taken up but I don't think it has been cut, feels like a generous amount under the fold. A couple of small faint smudges on the skirt, see photos. Slight discolouration to belt, pretty minor, and a faint line on the bodice waistband, probably from the belt, see photos. All pretty minor, presents beautifully when worn.
