Bright and colourful turquoise blue 50s/60s full skirt by St Michael. Thicker crisp cotton with three ribbon striped bands in black and white. Wide cinching high waistband and full fit sewn in inchwide pleats. Metal zip and hooks and eyes to the waistband.
