Lovely soft cream and light apple green 50s dress by Frederica Starke. Fabric is a soft cream cotton with a green print, very soft and painterly with leaves and what looks like apples or fruit. The bodice is fitted and sleeveless with a soft bias cut to the front and three small cream buttons to fasten. Fitted waist with a bow to the front and a short slit hidden in the skirt pleats and fastened with a concealed popper buttons. Very full skirt sewn in small gathers with a massive circle sweep. Really lovely gown!
Dress is pictured with a petticoat which is not included in the sale.

CONDITION
Good condition.
-Some signs of alterations. Hem has definitely been taken up. Armholes have been resewn slightly and there are some tiny handstitches by the arm hole, barely visible.
