Hand embroidered very delicate gauze cotton 30s Hungarian folk blouse. Light white cotton with floral and heart embroidery in pastelly pinks, blue, green, yellow and brown. Gathered colourful stitching to hem and neck and cuffs. Slit to the neck with small tie to the collar. Short sleeve and cropped waist length. Made in Hungary.
The blouse is not labeled with a size, but fits approx a general size XS-S. Please refer to the measurements for your best fit. Measurements sounds deceptively large, I found this to be quite a small fit on me and I normally wear a UK10.
Chest: to fit approx 32-34" (40" full stretched but this is meant to fit very loosely and blousey so you need to leave quite a bit of room for movement)
Waist: 32"

CONDITION
Good condition, still very wearable, but a delicate piece that has been well loved and hence shows quite a few signs of wear and repair.
-Small bust dart repairs to either side of the underarm, kind of looks like part of the construction, but these are repairs. -Some small holes and scuffs scattered about. The worst of these are on the inside of the sleeve, where there is some darning and slightly larger holes. It also looks like the sleeves have been taken up as there is a seam just above the gathered cuff, though this is not very obvious when worn.-Some very slight underarm yellowing. Please see all photos. I've priced this down substantially due to condition.
