Oh, this is a darling, and so many neat features! Soft rib textured cotton in a mint pastel blue-green shade. Peter pan collared neckline and white piping to the arm holes. Really fab little cut out keyhole designs to the back with a tiny loop and button to secure. Front of dress is asymmetrically cut with four vertical pleats to one side with decorative buttons and a fitted band attached to the front of the waist with a buttoned strap to the back to cinch the silhouette in. Full skirt sewn in small gathers. Side metal zip to fasten. Slot pockets in the hip side seams.
